Joy Meyer Rierson joined Neely’s Accounting Services in September 2021 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. She is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College of California, holding a Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in Accounting, and brings more than 30 years of experience in the accounting field. Her expertise spans business accounting, payroll, business and individual taxation, and audit preparation, with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency and accuracy. A Leadership Roanoke Valley graduate and QuickBooks® Pro Advisor, Joy is recognized for her collaborative leadership style and dedication to helping clients and teams succeed. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Victor, and his daughters, Keri and Kimber, and family, as well as relaxing and making memories on the lake.
