Karen Lopez serves as a Staff Accountant with Neely’s Accounting and has been a valued member of the team since August 2024. She graduated from Virginia Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Prior to joining Neely’s, Karen worked as an Accounting Manager at R.P. Fralin, where she gained valuable experience in financial management and accounting operations.
Karen enjoys working closely with clients and takes pride in providing dependable, accurate service while building strong professional relationships. Her attention to detail and commitment to helping clients succeed make her a valued member of the Neely’s team.
Outside of the office, Karen enjoys staying active through fitness, traveling, and experiencing different cultures. She has a passion for exploring new places, trying local cuisines, and learning about the traditions that make each destination unique. One of her lifelong goals is to travel throughout Europe and Asia.
Fun Fact: Karen is bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoys using her language skills while discovering new foods, cultures, and travel experiences around the world.
